As we cross our 20s, we start seeing changes in our body structure. You want to still look slim and fit. But age does it works too. Most people see change in their tummy / stomach. Your stomach tends to protrude a bit and it forms a tire near your waist. This looks awful when you were body tight tshirts or dress. Simple way to cut down is to follow some very simplte steps:
-Everyday in morning have 1-2 tsp of flax seed powder. They reduces blotting and you will see your stomach will eventually come to normal shape.
-Cut down your milk and cheese intake. Try to cut it to half.
-Switch your cooking oil from canola oil to olive oil.
-Everyday eat atleast 1 fruit.

there's need to be something out there that helps to reduce the lower belly fat without that much exercice. I hate abs exercice. I'm considering buying those machines that do the exercice for you. I'm not lazy I workout all my body. I just don't like abs.
