When you are preparing soup, sometimes it happens soups turn into too thin consistency.This specially occurs when you have guest. I was placed in one of the situation and I accidently find a better way.
-Take some potatoes. Peel the skin using peeler.
-Grate the raw potato.
-Add this directly into soup and let it boil for 5 mins
Note: Dont smash the potato as it will create clumps. Moreover dont use boiled potato as it will not distribute evenly.
