As winter kicks in, we start facing itchy and dry skin. You start pouring moisturizers on your body to deal with the problem, but it takes your morning time. I have very simple solution for this.
-After your come from work prepare a warm water bath tub. Be sure water should not be hot or else it will make your skin itchy and dry.
-In a cup make mixture of 5 tsp honey + 1 cup whole milk (half and half or 4 tsp evaporated milk powder).
-Mix this mixture in warm water.
-Relax in warm water mixture for 10-15 mins.
-Wash off the mixture using your daily soap using warm water.
Feel the soft skin!
