One morning you wake up and have heavy headache with stomach burning sensation.
Wondering whats going on and how to turn back to normal? I personally feel like a bomb is going to burst inside me when it happens. There are many reasons which leads to acid relux or acidity.
Reasons:
-Something is lingering in your mind and you are really worried about it. You cant let go the thought and this increases your anxiety.
-Eating too spicy food.
-Food interval between your meals is too long and your stomach is empty for a long time. This leads to more production of acid juice in your stomach
-Deprive of sleep
Cure or Remedy for acid reflux / acidity?
-Start eating in small parts, every 2-3 hrs. In this way your stomach juice remains active.
-For immeditate relief eat icecream.
-If you are facing this problem consistently, start haveing 1-2 tsp flax seed powder.
Flax seeds reduces blotting and help in release of gas.
-For some days, avoid spicy food and acidic fruits.
-You may also include everyday 1 banana and cup of milk in your breakfast.
